Saiphin's Story

Our head chef / founder, Saiphin (pronounced Sai-Pin), grew up on a vegetable farm in Khao Kho, northern Thailand. This is where she learned to cook with ingredients that were brought straight from the field to kitchen.

Drawing from her family recipes and the philosophy of cooking with the freshest ingredients, Saiphin’s Thai Kitchen Hackney brings out the best that Thai cuisine has to offer.
